  Everything about this rental was exactly as advertised! Perfect location, wonderful view of the beach. Easy getting checked in .. loved the kitchen .. obviously recently remodeled .. don’t expect granite counters and hi-end appliances in a rental. The owners care about this place. Rental process was easy .. owners very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely recommend this unit to someone who wants/needs something smaller .. in fact, hope to use it again myself.

  Very nice condo. Fabulous oceanfront views, also have great bay views from second balcony. Nicely updated kitchen and bath. Would definitely stay at this condo again. Owners very nice and easy to work with.

  My husband and I stayed a week at this condo and couldn’t have asked for better accomodations. Beautifully renovated kitchen and bath and breathtaking views. Grocery store and restaurants nearby. Easy access from Coastal Highway, and a bus stop only steps away – it had everything! Looking forward to our next stay there!

  I loved this place! It is a perfect place to enjoy Ocean City. The inside is lovely with many remodeled features and access to the beach is so easy. The owners are helpful to work with and I am grateful they are sharing their place with others. Hope to return soon!

  We just returned from a stay at this property. Booking was seamless and very organized. When we arrived at the property, it was very clean and had everything that we needed. The kitchen and bathroom are beautifully remodeled and there was also a nice dining and living area. The large flat screen TVs in the bedroom and living room were definitely a bonus! We ate breakfast every morning on the oceanfront balcony and it was a perfect view. I grew up in Salisbury and know this area well. The location of this condo is perfect and has a nice grocery store right across the street. The beach was also very accessible via a nice walkway. We would definitely recommend a stay at this condo and when we stay again in OC we will reach out to Ed and Donna!

• Nothing beats the sound of ocean waves…

  We loved this condo…great kitchen and bath, comfy beds, nice new TV’s, etc etc, but nothing beats the proximity to the beach. The sunrise was a wonderful thing to watch from the deck and/or front room (our baby gets us up early!). I echo everyone else’s comments…the owners were so easy to work with and super-responsive. I actually was hesitant to write a review bc I want to book again myself next summer, ha! Several good seafood places nearby (Rippon’s market, Crab Bag), a good grocery store across the street (Food Lion), and a candy shop for your popcorn and taffy needs a few blocks down (Dolle’s). That’s all you need!

  My husband and I plus our 2 daughters enjoyed a very relaxing getaway at this property. Upon arrival the condo was clean and exactly as represented. We had 2 minor issues regarding keys to the condo property (which were not the fault of the owners) Ed and Donna were very quick to respond and solve the issues. Great ocean view from the OF balcony and comfortable chairs provided. We didnt use the bayside balcony but it was also nicely furnished and the storage closet was nice to store sandy beach items. Th kitchen was well stocked, had everything we needed. Ample seating at the dining table. The beds were fine, kids enjoyed watching morning cartoons in bed. The property is in a nice location and is a very short walk to the beach on the private beach path. There is a nice pool, nothing fancy but it was clean and had plenty of seating/tables on the deck. We have rented many condos in OCMD and this is in our top 3! Overall we would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, clean, modern and well stocked condo in OCMD.

  I stayed at the unit for a weekend and were thoroughly impressed. the kitchen and bath were remodeled, and the view was spectacular. Owners were great and very responsive to every question. I think this has to be one of the best units I have rented while vacationing at Ocean City, and I have been renting for over 20 years. The unit is perfectly located , and the Fountainhead amenities were great. Thanks again, and will look forward to renting with you once again. If you are thinking of renting this unit you will not be disappointed!!!!!!!

  My husband & I recently rented this condo in Ocean City, MD ( 445024 ). It was comfortable, clean & relaxing. The owners were very nice & easy to work with ! We will definitely rent from them again on our next “getaway”. We want to say thank you again for this wonderful experience !!!!!!!

  The unit is exactly how it is represented on VRBO. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back again. The view is spectacular. This condo has everything you need. The kitchen and bath have been updated. The owners were wonderful to work with. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a good location with ocean front views.
