Our gourmet kitchen is fully equipped! It has granite counters, a large island with 3 chairs and a wine refrigerator. There is also a full sized refrigerator in the kitchen. The kitchen, dining room and living room are connected together in a wide open area.
The living room features a large flat screen TV, BluRay DVD player. Netflix is provided. The large sofa in the living room converts to a queen sleep sofa. The master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV and a DVD player. It has a luxurious private bath that is equipped with jacuzzi, maple shower with two shower head and granite vanity with two sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed and private bath with tub/shower. The third bedroom has a double/single bunk bed with a single pulled out bed. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and DVD players. A full bath with shower and glass door is located in the hall next to the 3rd bedroom. The unit has a laundry room with large washer and dryer.

Across the street is Dumser’s restaurant that is known for their famous ice cream. In addition, Seacrets restaurant and night club, a family restaurant and bayside beach bar, offer live bands/DJs.

This three bedroom, three bath condo is a perfect vacation spot! Pictures do not do it justice! The condo is very clean and well cared for, and the décor just beautiful! The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils and dishes you will need. You do need to supply your own linens which is stated on the website. I thought the location of this condo on the south side of the building was even better than direct ocean front because we had a magnificent view of the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean and sunsets on the Assawoman Bay. The owner is wonderful to work with- she answered all of our questions and was very kind. She left us brochures of the area which included information on activities, restaurants, and upcoming events. This condo has Wifi in the unit- not just in the lobby which was a plus for us! The Gateway Grand is the perfect building facility. It is safe with 24 hour security and a gated parking garage. Renters are able to use the indoor pool, fitness center, and kids activity room. Ocean City is not just a summer destination- We rented for the week of Thanksgiving and loved visiting Northside Park for the Winterfest of Lights. You are minutes from the West OC outlets shopping as well! I would recommend renting not only in the Gateway Grand, but definitely from these owners!Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
