Our condo offers the amenities of a hotel with the comforts of a home. We provide items, which allows our guests family beach time right away, rather than running to the store. This includes many paper products, starter set of toiletries and so much more.
*** A Linen Service is included in the weekly rate. Beds will be made prior to your arrival in addition to towels being provided. Which means Less for you to pack!

You will find Unit 202 of the Dellwood on 71st street. It is very convenient as it is in walking distance to several midtown shops and restaurants. It’s also just a short ride to the exciting boardwalk with miniature golf, amusements and so many more activities. Ocean City, MD also boasts Springfest, Sunfest, Winefest, Oktoberfest, Car Shows, Bike Week, Boat Show, Craft Shows, Concerts on the Beach and some of the best Golf courses around. We just enjoyed a mini vacation at this beautiful condo. The owner was so accommodating. She was such a great person to work with. She did everything in her power to make our stay as perfect as possible. The condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. The pictures do not do this condo justice. This place is so gorgeous and it is really spacious. Appliances are higher end and work perfectly. We loved the location. The beach is close, along with many other attractions. I truly cannot say enough good about Sharon *the owner* and this condo. If you are considering booking this condo, STOP thinking, and JUST DO IT!! You will be so pleased with your decision to stay at the Dellwood. We are already planning to return next year. Thank you so much for a perfect vacation home!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, girls getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children.

Thank you for the use of your beautiful Ocean City home. The weather was cooperative and a great vacation was had by all. The redo/updating of the condo was very well done and in nice taste. Thank you so much. The front shower Ellen and I used was fantastic, the refrigerator was perfect, the A.C. worked well and the T.V.’s were great. We used the outside table and chairs each day and they were great as they gave visitors an option for meals other than inside. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood quiet. Kitchen supplies were great – many bowl, pans, etc. Our compliments to you for being able to offer an affordably -priced, well-appointed condo.Did you find this review helpful? A very nice, clean condo. We have been in many condo’s over our years of coming to OC and this was the most amenity filled condo we have rented. The kitchen was very well stocked. The extra’s …. Your first supply of paper products, dvd’s, and books in every room were a very nice touch. Very close to the beach as stated. Close to restaurants…. Big Peckers, BJ’s on the bay, and not too far from our favorite Dead Freddie’s . A definite plus for renting this condo was my dealing with Maggie. She was so friendly and accommodating..Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.

Great convenient location, and very well appointed condo. There were 5 of us, and it was a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Definitely made a great impression of the homeaway service!Recommended for: Girls getaway.
