Gigantic beautifully decorated condo at the best boardwalk location. Front deck overlooking the boardwalk, great for people watching, hanging out & sunrises. Back deck is perfect for sunsets. Go right out your door & hit the beach or stroll the boardwalk. You are right ON the beach. Open both deck doors & let the ocean breeze blow through.

Sheets & bath towels included, and we make up the beds for you! Just bring your beach towel…and clothes of course. We provide most normal house items for your convenience also (cleansers, paper products, blow dryers, and much more). We have about everything you need to feel cozy and comfortable, and then some.

We are setup for larger groups and we pamper you all. We sleep up to 14, 12 maximum for adult groups, and our huge dining table seats 12 with 4 more at the breakfast bar. We have TVs in all rooms and the main room includes blu ray with surround sound. We have DVD players, game hookups, and free wifi. There is a phone for free local & long distance calls. There are board games & books for rainy days. The main room has a fireplace. There is parking for 2 cars in our lot across the street.

Patronize the pool bar & grill next door & use their outdoor swimming pool during summer mths. Enjoy all OC has to offer: sunning, boating, fishing, biking, swimming, golf, puttputt, arcades, go carts, Assateague.
