Walking distance 2 blocks to Seacrets the best outdoor / indoor nightclub in Ocean City. It always has live music at 2 to 3 different venues within the club along with appox. 15 different Jamaican themed bars. Macky’s Restaurant and Fagar’s Island all have live music and are within walking distance (4 to 6 blocks). To keep the kids busy and happy, there is a Jolly Roger Water park and next door the Jolly Roger theme park only blocks away. Numerous themed miniature golf courses await you.

The condo with Central air, is decorated in Caribbean inspired decor and colors. It is all on one floor with no stairs and extra wide doorjams. It is a wonderful location for families who are bringing along grandparents who can no longer walk many stairs, the handicapped and young children who may fall down stairs. An elevator brings you to the second floor from the parking garage underneath. Two parking permits are provided so you never have to fight for street parking. The condo will provide everything you could need for a perfect beach getaway. Imagine yourself sipping a cold margarita on the deck with views of both the beach and the bay. Fully equipped full sized kitchen, dishwasher, with Blender, Coffee maker, Toaster Oven, Cookware, Dishware, Silverware are all provided. Washer and Dryer, with iron and ironing board. Cable T.V.,Free Wi-Fi ,Stereo/ CD changer and boardgames are provided for entertainment. Linens and towels are not provided but a Linen Service for an extra fee is available. This unit was never rented before this year and you are going to have a great time here.

• All bedrooms have a full bath attached to their bedroom. All bedroom are fully handicap accessible and door jams are wide to all interior doors and allow for wheelchairs to maneuver. The entire condo is on one floor with no stairs which is great for those with physical disabilities and elderly and children. Elevators will take you to the second floor and down to the beach. There are beach wheelchairs two short blocks away on 48th street.

Please remember this is our home and we take a lot of pride in it and would love to share it with those who will enjoy and take care of it. I will not rent to persons under 25 years of age.
