The condo has two balconies. See the sun burst over the horizon from the East facing balcony! Watch the famous gold, Ocean city sunsets turn to mauve and violet from our West viewing balcony. You can choose to go out or stay in, there is so much to enjoy. Our Condo is situated in the convenient downtown area with interesting shops, The Boardwalk and bayfishing and water sports all nearby. There is no need to fight traffic snarls.

We arrived for Sunfest and the Kite Festival- perfect views from the balcony. Nice updates. Convenient for the boardwalk.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children.

We have now rented this condo two times and will continue to stay here for all our trips to Ocean City. There are so many wonderful things about this condo. The location is incredible, the views from both balconies are stunning, it is VERY clean and well appointed. The floor plan (which is ideal for parents traveling with children) makes it feel much larger than you would expect. My boys love the bunk beds and you can move about at night without fear of waking up the kids. The owner is fantastic to work with. Very responsive and organized.Recommended for: Families with young children, girls getaway, families with teenagers.

The house had a perfect location, nearby many restaurants, bars and, most importantly, the beach. The only issue is the water pressure in the building can be extremely lacking at times, but it’s no fault of the owner. There’s also an outdoor shower by the pool that works pretty well, so getting sand off and out of your hair down there is another option.Recommended for: Families with young children, girls getaway.

We have looked into the low water pressure before and believe that the whole building, especially the upper floors, needs to address the problem before the problem can be corrected. I think it is being considered. I don’t really find it a problem myself. I just make my shower last a couple minutes longer.

Great location and wonderful people to rent from.It is always clean and has everything that is necessary to use.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+, girls getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.
